We suggest using 100% clear silicone to glue the trim to the panels. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel, applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, about a ¼” continuous bead around the panel outside edges to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.

On a really tight budget and after lots of searching, I choose these. 52/72 and I needed light on weight rods are not the strongest and I'm not replacing at this time, but able to also black out. I needed a blackout shade for my kitchen door that would be easy to installremove since we live in a rental. These were wider than what I needed but it was easy enough to trim to fit. One strip taken off the adhesive, press it to the surface and youre done. I like that the included clips to gather the shade at the bottom are very thin and blend in. Other paper shades Ive used come with a clothes hanger style clip that gets knocked off easily. The shade is thicker than others Ive used and blocks out the light very well.
