We purchased this for a new home build that had a slide in range in an island. We did not want an exhaust hood that hung down from the ceiling and this one was perfect for a flush mount in the ceiling. It was priced considerably less than other brands that had white glass finishes. There are a couple discoveries we made however. It did not turn on once the power was brought to the new build. We called Awoco and were told to check in the black box under the stainless grill, for a white connection that sometimes is disconnected. That solved the problem and the unit lit up and worked with the remote and the voice commands. Customer service was very helpful and seemed to know exactly what to look for. There is one other thing to be aware of with the voice command, occasionally it picks up what it believes to be a request for action and starts talking, asking for directions. We thought we were hearing voices until we realized it was the exhaust fan talking. A nice fan. It was easy to assemble. I really like that it has 5 wind speeds and 3 cooling modes settings. The speeds are powerful and efficient so that you can enjoy the breeze at the level that you want. Most fans have 3 wind speeds, so this is pretty cool. The fan oscillating works well. The remote control is always a big plus. It makes it so convenient and helpful. The only thing I would like to change is to make the fan less noisy. Overall, good product.. Violetta. New York, NY. I am in LOVE with this oscillating fan! It is definitely much more powerful than any other isolating fan that I have owned. There were a lot of parts, but it was simple to put together.
