This is probably the most impressive piece of gym equipment I’ve ever used. It has every workout any person could ever want and it’s fully modular. Sit ups, pull ups, bench press, rowing, band workouts, squat rack… and more I probably haven’t even figured out yet. It is extremely sturdy and can easily hold my entire weight without wobbling at all. This is such a wonderful upgrade to an old spring very small rebounder (24" wide jump space ) that I had been using for about two months. It basically had no bounce. It was sitting unused. Was given to me by a neighbor years ago. Then I got interested in rebounding again after joining a few Facebook Rebounding groups. I did a lot of research before purchasing this rebounder and this particular size. What a wonderful jump experience I am having. It is so much easier on my body. I feel much more confident on the larger mat which is a 31" jump space. More room to move my legs in all positions. On my smaller one I was hesitant to move much for fear of jumping on the springs. This is a quality rebounder. Very sturdy, was easy to put together. I watched a youtube that helped with that process. I am 67.5 inches tall, 137 lbs. Have size 10.5" feet. 69 years old. I am very active and highly recommend this rebounder. I have not changed the bungees as I have only been jumping on this for a few weeks. I know in time I will change them to see what other type of bounce I can get. This was one of the reasons I wanted to purchase a rebounder with bungees so I could change them up. I don't plan on folding this down. I purchased the folding unit because it was $100 cheaper than the 550PRO which a representative from JumpSport told me they are the same units except it is cheaper to ship the folding unit. I just put this up, and it has the most detailed instructions I've ever seen! All of the parts were there, everything numbered, everything fit together real well, I also like how you can take the ends of the shelter off and back on, Ididn't put them on from the beginning but I don't think it's going to be a big deal you just got to go up under the collar that comes around the end to keep weather out when you do have the ends on there. I'm not using the anchoring ropes into the ground, taking one to a tree and the other two into the house. I'll just have to wait and see if it can stand up to South Florida weather.
