The item was perfect. My dealings on the phone with wayfair were 100%. I ordered 3 different refrigerators 3 different times. The first 2 were cancelled days later because they were "out of stock", although they were in stock when I ordered them. Finally, the third one shipped and was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday. Monday evening about 7PM I received a recorded message telling me it would be delivered between 7AM and 11AM. I was told I would get a 30 minute warning text before it arrived. At 7:15AM I got a call from my neighbor that a delivery truck was backing in to my driveway. No warning call or text. I had to scramble to get my neighbor there to organize everything and sign the paperwork. The drivers did a great job getting things done. I have no problem with them. Wayfair, as I said, went above and beyond for me. Whoever was supposed to notify me dropped the ball. And GE, selling me 3 refrigerators while 2 of them were out of stock, failed miserably.. Michael. I bought the range a little bit over two months ago, and for the most part, I am really happy with the range with two minor unsatisfactory points. The good part is obvious. The quality is off the chart even if you are comparing with high end ranges that are a lot more expensive. While the firepower is not quite at commercial range level, this is enough for majority of household cooking. The temperature is getting up quickly and the flame is very stable. You can sear a steak, a fish fillet, a scallop. However, I would say it is not quite enough for restaurant-like fry rice. Aesthetically, the indicator light is very cool and pleasant to work with. There are two drawbacks for me for this range. The first one is that I toss a lot while cooking, and lowest height setting for the range is way too high for me as a 5-8 guy. Which makes the pans position uncomfortably high for me, slowing down my cooking quite a lot. Another point is that the oven rack is extendable but does not stay in place when I close the oven door, therefore I sometimes hear the sound of rack lightly hitting the door. My husband and I are building a cabin! I spent months looking for a fridge to fit the smaller space. This fridge is perfect! It is tall and has plenty of room for our cold items, I would highly recommend this item to people looking to purchase a refrigerator for smaller spaces The freezer is a little small.
