Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. We are replacing our mini fridge which we keep in our garage. We placed the new fridge on top of an appliance cabinet so we could stock additional soda underneath. I did not attach the handle yet. I was actually slightly confused on how to remove the insulation to access the screws as directed. I’ll have my husband do it at some point. The fridge opens without the handle so it’s not a problem.
