I ordered these chair mats recently and was a little surprised that they felt pretty cold when they arrived. If you’re ordering during the winter, I’d recommend letting them sit at room temperature for a while before unrolling them. Once they warmed up and I followed the instructions, they flattened out without any issues. So far they’ve been working really well. I am using this on an LVP floor. The problem has always been that mats don't stick to this flooring. This mat moves a little, but is much better than anything else I have tried. It looks very high quality and gives a luxury feel to the room, definitely like a premium product. My chair glides on it effortlessly. Cons- I found that it attracts a lot of dust that is hard to ignore. The biggest annoyance for me is that it is difficult to clean, my vacuum cleaner struggles to go over it properly.
