Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. Ok so I just got this the packing was awesome ! It is spray foamed after they put it in the box . It arrived safe its heavy as heck . Really pretty and glossy . It is BIG , a 3 yo could take a bath in it it's kid bath size lol. Ok I took a few pics because I live by other ppl reviews when I'm buying something .
