Just put it away for the year, but really loved it for our front porch at Christmas. Looked great. Got compliments from the street. Most importantly, it had a heavy base and wasn't going to tip over during windstorms in the night - not even close. Not easy to put back in the box when you're done, but that's okay. I got the open box item, thinking what could go wrong with just open box products. This was in good condition even though it was used slightly. I know this because I work in quality and my job is to find defects. I had to make a few alterations putting it up and actually mounting it to grout making it more sturdy when opening and closing the doors, it won't move.
