Bought it for a 10 by 10 space and it kept the room UBER cold! My son would shut it off because the space would get so cold. I had the previous model and the door broke from opening to clean the filter. Therefore, it was nice to see they changed it to a pull out feature to clean the filter, which is better. Nice sized portable air conditioner. Very easy and straightforward to assemble and set up. They provide a hose and enclosure to set up out a screen. This one we set up inside an enclosed porch to use when it gets to max humidity in the summer and so far it has really helped to be able to sit in the porch.
