This is a great looking cooktop! We are just not sure about the knobs. There is a stainless steel ring around the knobs that is bigger than the know itself so food or grease can get between It will be interesting to try to clean. The cast iron pot rests are beautiful and well made. The aesthetic of this piece is great. Not 100% sure about performance. The turkey fryer shipped very quickly and packaged nicely. I just got it put together and am anxious to use it. It comes with nice accessories to help Lower the turkey or lower the basket with the turkey into the fryer pot. The pot is very heavy duty.
