The chair arrived intact, well packaged and with assembly instructions that are easy to follow. It is a good size for a toddler. The upholstery of the chair appears to be good quality and soft. We haven't had to clean it yet. The rockers appear to be well made and sturdy. I like that the curvature of the rocker is enough for the chair to rock, but not so much that it can tip over. Since it just arrived and our granddaughter has yet to even see it, I can't really comment on if she likes it, but my guess is that she will LOVE it! I will report back after it has had some use..
