I’ve been extremely impressed with this bidet toilet. It worked perfectly right out of the box, and every feature functions exactly as advertised. The heated seat is comfortable, the water temperature and pressure are easy to adjust, and the front and rear wash settings both work very well. One of my favorite features is the built-in warm air dryer, which is surprisingly effective and makes the whole experience much more convenient. The automatic lid, deodorizer, night light, and remote control all add a nice premium touch that makes this feel much more expensive than it is. The only downside is the installation. It’s definitely more involved than installing a standard toilet, especially if you’ve never installed a bidet toilet before. Expect to spend some extra time reading the instructions and making sure everything is connected correctly. Once it’s installed, though, it has been completely worth the effort. Overall, this is an excellent value with a long list of premium features. It looks sleek, performs flawlessly, and has made a noticeable upgrade to our bathroom. We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings.
