I really like this king size bed. I have a bad lower back and I have been unable to sleep in the bed we had before this one. And that bed cost us about 1,000. This bed from Wayfair cost a lot less than and it is so comfortable! I can sleep through the night and my back doesnt hurt in the morning. My husband loves it too. It also doesnt make me hot at night. It came in a box, and was vacuum sealed. They mean it when they say stay out of the way when you open it. I put it on one side of the bed, where it would unroll out to the other side while opening. It almost took out my cat. Lol. It also doesnt have an odor like some new beds. I ordered the 14-inch King size hybrid mattress. The box was mutilated upon delivery and re-taped. However, the way the mattress was wrapped tightly in a thick plastic, the mattress was not disturbed. I will warn you this type of mattress being a hybrid, when you unseal the plastic, will fly abruptly open and I would highly recommend opening it up in the room you plan on setting it up, especially a king size. The first night wasnt good for me. Luckily, I gave it another night and I did so because the mattress really felt comfortable. I guess your body knows that something is different and I am a very light sleeper. After a week of sleeping on the mattress I am really pleased, so is my husband. We dont overheat as our last mattress was all foam and would retain heat amongst being a little too stiff. I will say that the material on the bottom of this mattress is not the same great quality as the rest. I am happy with the bed. I am now just getting use to it for it sat unopened for way too long while I waited for my new contractor to finish painting in the room. I do like it except for one thing: I have stubbed my toe three times getting into the bed on the middle post for sturdyness. I remedied this and put plastic air puffs on the post. It is lighter than what I anticipated. Product was installed with ease from my son. It was clearly numbered. Every sheet cleaning, I have to move the matress back to center for it moves!
