Love the install, love the stream modes. The only issue is when you go to replace the removable handle, it'll fall onto the floor unless you place it in the cradle exactly perfect. We've dropped it several times and this last time it broke. Really love the shower head, though... hoping I can fix it or just replace the removable handle. Decent faucet. I was surprised that the hoses were the thin, flexible plastic versus braided stainless hoses—they’re perfectly adequate, was just surprised. As others have mentioned, it does spot easily, but it’s also got prominent polished features which invite water. If you go into buying any polished chrome fixture appreciating that this will happen, it’s all good. Keep a small towel or roll of paper towel under your sink and give a quick wipe after using to prevent water from drying. I installed myself—the directions were all pictures. It’s rather lightweight considering the size, so whether or not this is actually chrome or simply a “chrome like finish” is hard to say, but I do like it and the way it looks on my modern sink. I needed to replace an older In2ition and decided on this one. So very happy! I think it supplies better shower spray pressure overall and the ProClean Spray is a terrific addition. The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower.
