This LG portable AC has honestly been a lifesaver during the heat. It cools my room quickly, keeps the temperature comfortable for hours, and runs much quieter than I expected. I love this gazebo! Unfortunately my previous Wayfair gazebo collapsed due to the tremendous amount of snow and ice we received early in January. I should have removed the canopy, but have not been removing it in past years. Id simply go out with a long push broom and gently lift up each section to allow the snow to fall off. This storm was different. Lesson learned. Unfortunately, its tough to buy a canopy that includes the ribbing that holds it together and atop the frame. Wayfairs customer service department used the replacement canopy I had purchased then returned and applied it as a credit to my account. I then quickly found an open box gazebo, that in my opinion is of better quality. I was eager to get it up, despite the windy weather here in Quakertown PA, but its up and anchored to my concrete patio acquiring plants, comfy chairs and tables, garden decor, etc. (mostly everything purchased at Wayfair, of course)!. Love it. Had it for two seasons already. Well constructed. Was packaged very well where every piece was protected against dents, breaks and such. In general, Sunjoy is a good company according to our research and own experience. Had to hire someone to install, and it was pricey to do so, but better than doing it ourselves. Awesome 12x20 gazebo. The netting installation was a little confusing at first, but we were able to figure it out. Assembly took father and son approximately 6–7 hours, including breaks, which honestly wasn’t too bad for the size. It would be great if the manufacturer included clearer information about ordering replacement parts in the instructions. So far, the gazebo has held up very well through rain and high winds and feels sturdy once assembled. Do not try to clean the charcoal filter in the recirculation kit as it can not be cleaned, Please change the charcoal filter every 4-6 months (depending on hood usage)

The Armor SX5000 WB is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or color of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. Found the perfect installation product! I was looking to make an old fixture smart automated and this SkyPlug canopy kit allowed me do just that. The company has a SkyHome app that controls my light and best part was how easy it was to install the plug and canopy onto my fixture. After installing the outlet and plugging in my Eurofase fixture I realized how dirty the glass was. The Skyplug allowed me the ease of unplugging and cleaning my glass fixture on the ground and then quickly plugging it back into the ceiling. Where has this amazing invention been? You can use it with almost any hanging light! I think I might just install these in the whole house. I do feel obligated to give a mild warning to prospective buyers: - When the instructions say 2+ people are required at certain stages they mean it. DON'T do what I did (assembled the posts and beams upside down and flipped it over). Ripped bolt anchors, bent metal, lots of cursing. All fixable but not a good time. - The instructions only include pictures and there were more than a couple times I interpreted them incorrectly . I ended up having to remove and re-install parts after having that "ah-hah" moment . Not the end of the world but it adds time. - Nuts and bolts are made of soft metal. You WILL have lots of stripped bolts if you use a power drill ( a must if you want to speed things up) and are not super careful. Good news is Sojag provides lots of extra parts. But... - Having so many extra parts means you'll constantly second guess whether your missing something; especially since there are holes that don't need anything. The fabric seems to be a stronger weave than most. We like the large air vent and the hook for our fanlight. We are not sure of the weep holes when it rains. We want everything under it as dry as possible. Thats a wait n see situation. We have set aside the wall panels and bug netting but they are very well made of high quality durable fabric.
