I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. Unfortunately, my wheels are the wrong size for the rack. The wheels are an 8 mm thread and the rack has a 6 mm opening so I’m on my own to replace those. Wayfair did give me a 20% discount on the item so I’m pleased about that. Unfortunately, this is the third item that I have had an issue with so I am Leary and I do make sure I open and build the items as soon as possible because it’s more likely than not that there will be some kind of small or large mechanical issue with the parts..
