chair is meh, kind of cheap looking and the finishes on it are not reflective of the price point but if i could give wayfair's customer service a 0, I would. Ordered this chair with an 'expected shipping date' of about ~8 days from my date of purchase. No problem - I understood that meant expected and wasn't a guaranteed date but i was okay with that. TWO MONTHS GO BY. I chat wayfair consistently trying to understand when my order would ship. Each time, no help - just the offer to 'put in a request for return/cancellation'. 1) No - I want my item? 2) why would it only be a 'request' to cancel? You have my money and I have no item? They refused to provide any update on when my item would ship, they refused any acknowledgement and just simply told me my item was sold out and would be shipped when the manufacturer has restock. 1) Latitude run IS WAYFAIR. The consistently placed blame to "the manufacturer" - THEY ARE THE MANUFACTURER and 2) I NEVER ordered a pre-order item. this item was in stock when i purchased it & had an expected arrival date of later the following week. You can't flip my order to a pre order without any communication or FYI. No acknowledgment, hours spent in live chats with horrible spelling, poor grammar and one agent contradicting the last. I got no two answers the same. The order finally ships 2.5 months later - so late that it goes to an address I don't even live at any longer.
