This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low. I don't have the ability to fully comment on it's effectiveness yet but can say that the reading changed rather quickly with a short test try. The Moen digital shower controller is a nice upgrade. We needed a controller on the opposite side of the shower from the shower head, so the water could be turned on without entering the shower. This is a sad story….of a package that was delayed and then when it finally arrived in a teeny, tiny box…it contained nothing but 6 tiny screws that were supposed to be used to attach the hinges - hinges that were not included in the package. The first offer from Wayfair was (instead of accepting a return) a 20% off option. Yay! Discounted screws :) When I rejected this option, I was transferred to another return agent. I had to go through the entire story again, then send photos. And only then was I told I could return the item. I then went on a competitor’s website and re-ordered the item. Yes, it was more expensive. But the actual item - screws but also, the hinges! - arrived the next day. Sadly, I won’t be purchasing from Wayfair again anytime soon.. Joy. Allentown, PA.
