We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. Nantucket Sinks' WFCC36FCWSW is a 36" wide workstation farmhouse apron fireclay sink. The included accessories feature a bottom grid, cutting board, and basket strainer drain. The cutting board handily fits on the internal ledge of the sink to keep your counters clear! Features a side drain creating more unobstructed space below in the base cabinet. The included grid helps water flow to the drain and prevents accidental chipping of the sink from dropped dishware. The sides of the sink have a slight taper from top to bottom and the basin is sloped for good drainage and glazed smooth in a glossy white classic finish. Due to the firing process, dimensions are nominal and may vary to actual up to 0.25". Apron-style base cabinet is required to support this sink. A note about fireclay: Small cracks will appear on the unglazed underside of the sink, these are cosmetic only and have no impact on the performance of the sink.

The sink’s stainless steel rinse tray can fit horizontally or vertically to give you an additional workspace that is easy to wash, rinse, or store items or food. The colander can be used to help hold and rinse glassware, utensils or produce. The bottom grid with rubber feet protects the basin’s shine and allows water to flow to the drain. The deep, large single bowl allows plenty of space to soak and clean large cookware and bakeware. And the beveled bottom channels water to the drain. The included colander drain helps to collect food debris (the drain is not for use with disposers). A brushed satin finish helps to camouflage scratches. The 16 gauge thickness and premium T304 stainless will last a lifetime!
