So far it's a great cutting board. Definitely have to follow the care recommendations for the initial oiling and seasoning for the first week or so. I have two sizes of cutting boards 17x13 and 15x20 and they are on different sides of my kitchen counters and I do everything on them. It is much better than the plastic cutting board as you can see the plastic coming off the board as you cut your vegetables, meat or chicken on it.
