This one has plenty big circular beds at multiple levels which are easy to get up and down from. Even my old guy can get to the top. A lot of times cat trees aren't designed for function like that. This one is. Mine arrived with part of it hanging out of the very large box but thankfully it wasn't damaged. You DO need to screw in the top perch with the 4 screws provided. It was a little challenging lining it up exactly centered but I finally got it after measuring and moving it back and forth multiple times. My kitties love it. The threaded end that attaches the top piece to the base was damaged and would not thread in properly. I have a very senior litty girl who is losing function in her back legs, so she really can't jump. Ordered this for her and she loves it. I've seen her scoot up and down the stairs with confidence. It was easy to put together (pay attention to the directions, you Must build it the way they suggest or you'll have to take it apart and start over). The only complaint I have is that the bed is not balanced and the first time she jumped in it it fell off the back.
