This has been a great addition to our cats’ furniture collection! The smalleryounger cat loves to sleep on the flower on top, which is made of something like memory foam, but a bit denser. She will curl up in it for hours and has since I took it out of the box. Her sister is terrified of the entire thing and avoids even being near it. I have no idea why. I picked it because it had 3 levels, and they are always together, but it has not appealed to her yet. So overall, not too bad. There are three different boxes all came on different days. The people that delivered them that was a little odd. They came in budget delivery trucks like those rental trucks. They didn’t use dollies I think cause they didn’t have any and they left the packages in my driveway in front of my garage for everybody to see so I’m glad I was home to get them. The boxes were pretty beat up the first box that was beat up the mouse and somewhat opened had all the wood so I think that’s how the damage occurred so Wayfair I would check in how you’re using your delivery service services.
