My two kitties love their new space! We have two 9 months old kitties that we rescued when they were 3 12 weeks old. They are indoor cats but we wanted to give them a safe sanctuary when are not home. I put the structure together myself and it probably would have gone quicker if I had help but I took my time and the instructions were easy enough to follow. The wood is strong enough for indoor but I don’t think it would last long outside in the elements. I didn’t use the roofing material that came with it since I have it inside the house. I added mesh wiring instead. The enclosure is 3 sided and backs up to the wall which works perfectly fine in our case as it gives us access to open and close our windows and shutters.. Arb65. Ca-usa. The size and everything is great because he’s a lounge cat he isn’t super active and really uses this to lay and listen to the birds and get fresh air. Love this! Debated about the purchase for a while, but finally went for it, and my cats are in love. Its sturdy and assembly instructions are straight forward. Plenty of room for both of my large cats (about 12-14 lbs each). I added some finer screening around it to keep bugs out (just stapled it to the frame) and created a wood frame that fits inside my window so it can be secured without attaching it to the exterior of my house. Package arrived fast, but the box was completely damaged. All the hardware was scattered inside of the box. Instructions are included which made it easy to assemble. Nice cat house for a smaller pet, only reason I can not rate it a 5 - there is a lot of scratches and chips in the wood. I'm not sure if this was previously return, but def handled before hand..
