Pros: Looks nice, much easier to clean than my old toilet, inside and out. Comfortable, 17" seat height is nice. Cons: It's not a small toilet, but looks small because the back is so short. Not quite as much flushing power as my old one. Buttons are small and little harder to press. The caps on the sides won't seem to click on right. We are remodeling our house, and I wanted a smart toilet. Nobody needs a smart toilet till you get one. I like the height and the comfort. Very easy to use. It is very chic, but, most importantly, it's worth having. It flushes away very powerfully, and it is quiet. It is intuitive to use, and the remote is a nice feature. I have two clients who now want this included in their designs. My clients and I care about the value for the dollar, and a ton of homework before buying. This is a nice Bidet toilet and the quality is great! When I watched the video of it, it appeared to me that the toilet seat went up and down by itself like the one we replaced but it doesn't. In the description it does say soft close, so that's my bad. I do really miss that feature! But this one is more self cleaning and has the other features we love! Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. I’m a huge fan of smart toilets! This toilet has a Small footprint which was perfect for our small bathroom. It was tricky to install due to the small space but it turned out great. I love the heated seat and wash the has but haven’t used all the great features yet. Instructions didn’t specify you have to remove the top part by snapping it off - lift the seat and where the middle notches are you can start lifting it. That’s how you add the nuts. Great upgrade from a standard toilette . Built in bidet is perfect solution since we did not have space for a separate European style bidet . Simpler install without needing electric hookup was a plus and also cheaper . no warm water option was not as big of an issue as I thought … water pressure on bidet spray tube is high so don’t turn it on when you’re facing it or you will get sprayed in the face..
