Flatware set itself is nice, and delivery via FedEx was a day earlier than expected, but the PACKAGING was a mess. The Flatware box was shipped in another box probably 8-10 times its size for some reason, and when i opened the big, "main" box the entire flatware set had fallen out of its own "branded" box, all the packaging, warranty cards, etc. I guess not a huge deal, but who's packing this stuff??? Looked literally THROWN into the box with different sized bubble wrap thrown in on top. Not WRAPPED in the bubble wrap (literally has wrap in the name). It is pretty and what I was looking for, without having to spent more than my flatware set. However, it is poorly calculated and not at all designed to hold 12 knives without falling apart from the weight. Can’t glue it back on because glue won’t hold on to the cloth backing.
