Wayfair has a superior Customer Service attitude, equal to or better than Lands' End. This was our first (but definitely not last) order from WF. It arrived exactly as pictured but a corner of the frame was cracked due to the staple used to join the pieces. I submitted a description of this defect and a request to return it for a replacement. Your online system handled everything and surprisingly did not request sending the defective item back. In fact you beat the expected delivery date by three business days! This level of customer service was not met by a competitor seller of movie posters who required returning the defective item, no problem, but paid for by us. The assembly was easy, and it feels very sturdy and well-made. The design is beautiful and looks much more expensive than I expected. We had to replace tile in our mudroom because of a wiring problem, and although we had *almost* enough, apparently "almost" won't magically turn into "enough". Since the seller no longer had what we needed, I panicked and looked all over. This tile, although smaller, matches the thickness of the plain black we have left over, so it will make a beautiful combo.
