This table is a poor design and shipping preparation is sloppy. The table arrived intact but I had two issues. First, the legs must be attached to the table with long bolts. But, there is no adjustment should the table not sit on all four legs. Thus, it wobbles. Second, the hardware (bolts and washers, washer, and Allen wrench) were just tossed int the shipping container. Usually, those parts are ina separate box or bag. I removed a star because this set was hard to put together with just one person even though I managed to do it over the course of a few days. TIP Make sure you connect the bars to frames 6 and 7 in the correct orientation or it won’t connect to the 8 frame correctly so don’t tighten the screws fully until you make sure thats correct, you can turn the bars to correct it if the screws are not tightened prematurely. The table is very sturdy and looks good. There is a seam in the center but I bought a short runner to cover it. Really happy with the product, seats seem sturdy also. I’m in love with this table! It’s beautiful and solid construction. We chose the 36” round counter height table for our small bay window nook area in our kitchen and it fits beautifully and really compliments our kitchen space. One thing to note, and it doesn’t bother me but it could bother others, even after the table is assembled and all hardware is tightened the tabletop still has a little bit of looseness. Overall, this is a very nice table. I could not give it five stars because of the difficulty in putting the 12 screws for the hinges in. Although the instructions do not indicate a drill is needed to start the holes and then a drill is also needed to screw in the screws. Because the wood is not prepared for the screws, doing it by hand is not possible. It is easy to put together other than that. Everything was exactly as shown in the picture and it works out perfectly in a small unit. As I am 70 years old, it did take me one hour to put it together. But I did it myself!. Hazel. Sun City, AZ.
