They offered a small discount, but I paid for a new item and wanted a new item, or at least 50% off. They got a new one ordered and although I offered to return the 1st item, they told me to keep it. New ETA came and went and for 8 days status was simply "We are looking into a delay". Finally, 18 days after initial ETA I had to cancel, as the plumber was already scheduled, and we had to have the parts. Ultimately the plumber thought everything looked ok and we ended up using the "used" column. It turned out to be free - ironic since they refused to go higher than 20% discount! No complaints with Wayfair reps on my 4-5 calls, just frustrated that they couldn't tell me why my item was delayed! Product itself does exactly what we need it to and looks great in new shower!
