Toilets don't ship well but wayfair makes it right. Paying and picking up at home. Very heavy item. Which I don't understand since they will lose out on money. They don't have you return it when clearly broken and going to recycling or trash. It is good toilet and price but doesn't ship well. This is a nice stable base that was well packaged (so much better than Build) and I’m happy with how well the dual flush tank works. No issues with needing to flush again or unclog anything. I’m also pleasantly surprised that the shape doesn’t seem to encourage ‘streaking’. It may be that the water level is high enough inside the bowl or it could be that it’s new and clean...? The base rests on the outside edges AND some interior supports, so our not level floor would not let the base sit flush on the floor. Some plastic shims in the back resolved the issue.. Anonymous. Great toilet. You will need a seat. Be careful. Do not get an oval one. (Not the toilets fault but my own) I’ve heard stories people make multiple trips to find the right fit. Who knew so many different seats. Yes annoying but again not default by the toilet. I was afraid of low flow new toilet but this one we have had for over a month. No issues at all. I’m so happy. There was the mounting piece at the very bottom the also needs separate purchase. From what I understand that’s how it works.
