But overall, the assembly was fairly simple, and the directions were clear and easy. We just used our new grill for the first time this past weekend. I cannot tell you hopw disappointed I am in Wayfair. They delivered a toilet that was completely shattered. Customer service was fine and they sent out another broken toilet 3 days later. I now have two broken toilets waiting to be picked up by Federal Express. After all that, Wayfair offered no discounts or compensation for screwing up twice and all they offered to do was send out a third toilet in the hopes its not completely shattered as well. I have purchased a lit from Wayfair over the years and I think its time I gave my business to a company that provides actual customer service and not one that just keeps shipping me broken toilets..
