No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. This was marked down more than $500 from the original price. Even so, $1000 is nothing to shake a stick at. I was expecting a quality I could live with. Well, that's what I got. My major complaint is that the space between the cabinet and stone top is off so the top is slightly higher on one side. The other fault so far is the screw holes for the handles are not counter sunk, drilled from the front, leaving a splintered rough hole on the inside drawers. And the screws for the handles are so SHORT as to be almost worthless. I'll probably change them. All the other screws are countersunk with a clean finish. And the door is not flush at the very top.
