The shower is a nice design BUT there are some issues with the one I received. The smallest problem was that the assembly guide that came with it was generic and NOT the one for the shower so there were literally zero instructions. The larger problem is that after I did the install, ran plumbing and hung the shower the RAIN HEAD went flying off - the entire pipe came flying off! The problem is that the pipe is not grooved to screw together to the water assembly pipe. It just has three rubber washers and NOTHING holding it back from shooting off from the pressure. I explained this online to wayfair and was told they would look into it with the mfr. and I could return if they do not remedy. After all the installation and assembly I paid for it is easy for them to say send it back and start over.
