Contractors struggled to install. The door is heavy and looks fantastic. Our last door was thin, and any time you accidentally bumped it, it would shake. This door is thick and held in place well, so it doesn't budge when bumped. UPDATE: I contacted Casainc directly and they sent a new faucet head with no hassles. It’s still made from plastic so hoping this one lasts! ORIGINAL REVIEW: The faucet was easy to install and works fine mechanically, but the quality is poor. After only a year, the spray head looks cheap and worn out. Because it’s made of plastic, the gold finish has rubbed off from normal use, exposing a silvery base underneath. Now the head doesn’t match the rest of the faucet and is covered with blemishes.
