The lavatory legs are high-quality, but did not adjust to the height that was mentioned in their description. The description said that the legs would adjust to 32 3/4", but they would only properly adjust to the sink bottom being only a maximum of 30 1/2" from the floor. The sink that I used them on, was 31" from the floor, so the escutcheon needed to go farther than the chromed legs until it was only covering the top adapter. Very consistent and the underside is very helpful with installation as it provides specific points where the 4 legs sit. The tubing is excellent quality and very easy to install. The leveling bolts could be slightly better looking. Perhaps another solution can be a customizable cover that you can trim to size to cover the leveling hex bolts. Thats is the one tiny oversight. My initial experience started well. It was a little nerve-wracking because it was a large purchase and we couldn't feel, touch, or look at it in person. The reviews were good and bad, but we made the sale, placing our faith in Wayfair. The set is gorgeous, the quality is excellent, and the wow factor is there. The problem was getting scheduled and rescheduled for delivery 5x before we finally received all the items in our order. We were told by the final delivery driver, a true angel on earth, that our delivery should’ve been flagged as needing more than 2 people to deliver the product because of its size and weight. Fortunately, “Isiah” went above and beyond to make it happen. He carefully measured, handled the set with care, and gave me options if it didn’t fit so I wasn’t stuck with a purchase that wouldn’t work in my home. This grill is great! I actually purchased to replace my old 3 zone Saber. I have owned top-line Webers and the Saber is hands down superior. The indirect cooking system allows you to sear meats while eliminating flair ups and burning. Cleani g this hrill is much easier than other brands and it holds up very well. The only downside is that the firebox is a baked porcelain and not stainless. Still a well-built quality grill. Assembly was included in my purchase, provided by Angi. I am giving it 4 stars because I was surprised that with such a nice, otherwise well constructed piece, the base is made of particle board and it arrived with the left front leg bent and stripped from the base which was quite difficult to repair. Beautiful sturdy black linen console table with a nice champagne design on the bottom. I looked a very long time before finding this table.
