I absolutely LOVE this toilet. I pretty much dont have to touch it. I have an suppressed immune system so hygiene is a top priority. I had the worst experience with Wayfair. The toilet came broken into pieces, and when I asked for refund, they asked me to return the broken toilet back to them and then wait for 3-5 days to get refunded. They also sent me the wrong bidet, a cheaper version compare to the one I purchased. I am frustrated because Wayfair said the toilet will get delivered the next day when I placed the order, but it ended up taking 2 weeks to delivery, and then I found out the toilet is broken into pieces and they sent the wrong bidet. And now they asked me to return everything and they have to approve my return before I can get refund...they make me go toilet-less for a month and kept my $2000! I will never buying anything from Wayfair anymore, because they sent me a cheaper alternative, a broken item, and they lied about the delivery time to trick you to buy things from them.. Fh. This toilet functions as advertised. -The seat and water temperature are adjustable with the included remote. -The night light inside the bowl and surrounding the tank is a nice feature for night time. -The bidet works well and the nozzle length is adjustable with the remote. -The air dryer is a bit weak so it doesn't get you completely dry. -The auto flush feature is nice, flushing when stand up from the seat. It also has a button on the side you can push with your foot while standing. Installation was a bit confusing because the instructions talk about installing the toilet flange, but it doesn't include one. I used my old flange which was fine. It includes screws and some plastic mounting brackets that attach the bowl to the flange, which is a bit different than a standard toilet. It does include the wax seal, which is the main thing that keeps it sealed onto the drain. Overall, this toilet looks very sleek and modern. It functions well and I'm happy with it.. Julie.
