My only complaint is that each gate has 2 latches so the gates are impossible to open with one hand, so I tied a string to the latches (there is a metal loop on top of each latch) so that I just have to pull up the string with one hand to open both latches on one gate at the same time.. As expected. Easy to put up. Completed it in about three hours by myself. Instructions weren’t too hard to follow. Instead of having them in separate kennels now they have more room to stretch out. This dog crate is the best thing I’ve ever bought for my two puppies they can play init Ican separate them. It’s just wonderful. It’s so easy to clean. I spread paper in the tray and when the tray when the paper is dirty, I just pull it out take the paper away wipe it down or wash it and I’m done. I advise anyone that has more than one dog.
