The wheels were not allowed while traveling but were handy once the crate was disassembled to make it easier to move around. This carrier was a life saver when I was moving with 2 very skittish cats. This stroller is not fully assembled. The wheels must be attached. The back wheel attachment is very challenging. The instruction pamphlet is not an accurate portrayal of the process needed, and the attachment is difficult. I finally accomplished it through the use of small needle-nosed jewelry pliers because my tapered, female fingers were too large to insert tiny clips through small holes, to hold the wheels in place. There are several listings for this stroller on the WayFair website. Some listings show a soft padded interior cushion. The one I received did not have a removable interior cushion. Once it’s assembled, this stroller moves smoothly and is easy to maneuver, with a spacious interior.
