Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. These are the frames. You have to order the racks separately. Once you figure out the frame height based on your ceiling height, you will need to cut the frame to size. Then you can install the racks. Holes are not pre-drilled so you can essentially make any configuration you want. I ordered the 42 bottle configuration and it came in 2 separate racks. I think it was a 28 bottle rack and a 14 bottle rack that I just stacked one on top of the other and drilled into the frame. Bought longer nails because it comes with short ones. Cooler is great, but their packaging sucks. 1st one showed up from FEDEX dented on the door and hinge was broken, making it unusable.
