Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. My "wine rack" came pretty beat up (dents, scratches and chipped glass to name a few), BUT as this is designed to look like an aged/distressed fuel pump it served my purposes. My goal was to modify this into a Tesla charger anyway. Also, as far as assembly - the welded-in-place bolts were too long for the supplied cap nuts. So, many connecting pieces are loose. These are the frames. You have to order the racks separately. Once you figure out the frame height based on your ceiling height, you will need to cut the frame to size. Then you can install the racks. Holes are not pre-drilled so you can essentially make any configuration you want. I ordered the 42 bottle configuration and it came in 2 separate racks. I think it was a 28 bottle rack and a 14 bottle rack that I just stacked one on top of the other and drilled into the frame. Bought longer nails because it comes with short ones.
