I love this vacuum. It works great. The only thing is the cord will get stuck in the bottom of the vacuum if you’re not careful while using. I love this little machine. Picks up real well one button press and you have your hand vac. Keep in mind this is not a full size vacuum cleaner it is an auto broom. The cup is small but powerful. If I was to change anything it would be the cup size. Make it a little bigger. I have 3 cats and two full size Aussies, that is why I love my Electrolux. Appears to be relatively heavy-duty and well made. It is certainly long enough to serve as we expected for our old fat beagle to use to get up into my truck, on the couch and possibly onto the bed again. Rocky has arthritis in his hips and we do a lot of lifting of his aft end to get him up the back steps, into the truck and onto the couch. The ramp is long enough to make the grade favorable and not so steep he cannot negotiate most "climbs" as needed. The ramp is very compact when collapsed, yet quite strong when extended for use. This vacuum is perfect for my little place. It’s just a smaller version than the larger one that my daughter has. But the suction on this vacuum is outstanding! I read some of the other reviews who said it didn’t have much suction power but this one sucked up a lot of dog hair. I haven’t had a vacuum in a week and I have a golden retriever. You can see in the photo how much hair it sucked off my rug on the the floor and from the couch! I love this little vacuum!! it also has a really long cord, which is great. I don’t have to keep unplugging and plugging in somewhere else. It has several attachments that are helpful too. I also read where someone said when they vacuumed dust came out from the back. I didn’t have that problem at all and I’ve only got the one rug in my living room, which is a small space rug and then I have the hardwood floors, there was no dust coming out of this vacuum cleaner.
