This is a great Air Conditioning unit! It came assembled and with all the pieces needed to run outside. We have it set up on a sun porch and love how fast it cools the space. I am very happy with my Ruvati ceramic bathroom sinks. They have been in for six months. They are holding up well and seem to resist soap scum. I took a star because the quality control is lacking.
