Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element. This was a great experience from start to finish. I've installed multiple toilets, including smart toilets, and this was by far the easiest smart toilet installation I've done. First, be aware that this toilet is heavy-duty and very well built. If you're not used to lifting heavy objects, you'll want two people to move it. If you're comfortable handling heavier weights, one person can manage it, but assistance definitely makes things easier. What impressed me most was the installation design. The manufacturer provides everything you need, and the included water connections are generously sized. On a previous smart toilet, I had to wrestle the toilet close to the wall, connect the supply line in a tight space, and then somehow maneuver the toilet onto the wax ring. This toilet eliminates that headache. The longer connections make setup so much easier and less stressful. The mounting system is excellent. The base of the toilet sits over two l shaped rubberized plastic guide arms that fit directly into the grooves of the floor's base. Once tightened, they stay securely in place. When lowering the toilet, the L-shaped guides flex just enough to help alignment without shifting around. It made positioning and securing the toilet surprisingly simple. The smart features are equally impressive. The lid automatically opens when it senses you approaching and responds quickly. One feature I particularly like is that tapping the lower flush button before sitting will raise the seat automatically, which is very convenient for men. The remote control is thoughtfully designed. It's mounted horizontally on a magnetic cradle, so you can easily remove it when needed and then snap it right back into place. The magnetic hold is strong and keeps the remote secure. Every major function can be customized, enabled, or disabled to suit your preferences. The heated seat, warm water bidet/ bubble massager, dryer, auto flush, and night light all work exactly as expected. The night light is especially useful because you can set it to activate only when someone approaches the toilet instead of staying on all the time. One feature I didn't expect but really appreciate is the emergency flush battery pack. During a power outage, hurricane, or other emergency, you can still flush the toilet. That's a smart addition. Just note that the package does not include the batteries for the backup system. You'll need 10 AA batteries, so plan ahead. Overall, this toilet feels premium, is packed with useful features, and has one of the most installer-friendly designs I've seen.
