MultiChoice Universal Tub / Shower Rough - Universal Inlets / Outlets

I had the R10000-UNBXHF valve body (in conjuction with the T17038-SS Lahara 17 series valve trim) installed 16 months ago and the shower head is now dripping when the valve is turned fully in the off position. What a product! It prevents the water from overflowing out of the tub, or draining straight out of the tub and into the ceiling of the room below the tub. This product ensures that water, and/or other substances, pass through the hole in the tub and out of the house.
