I have two senior dogs and it gets cold here in the Northeast. The cover on this pet heating pad is so soft and it is removable and can be machine washed. There is a timer setting and the temperature range is from 61-69. The instructions say different temperatures but the ones I mentioned are the ones on the remote. I do like that the cord is protected with a casing around it, my dogs are not chewers but this is a nice feature for the ones that are. I have two smaller dogs so they both fit on this pad. Came in this morning. I ran it all day to make sure it was stable. My temp and humidity were correct. I had some eggs to put in for trial run. I was so excited with how nice it is I went to the auction and got more eggs so I could fill her up. So far I have seen it rotating the eggs and it seems gentle. The only issue I had was setting up the pump for the humidity. You only need to cut one piece of tube to go into the water bottle and follow the diagram for how to wind the tube. It kept popping off for me but I realized you wrap it and then put the cover on it and the cover will hold that piece in place. It’s not hard I just made it hard in my mind. You do hear it running compared to my still air incubator but it’s like a refrigerator if you listen for it you will hear it. Turning the eggs makes noise but not enough to be a concern.
