Added this to the side of my house. I added pressurized wood to level bottom since my pad is sloped. Also added wood around the sides and top because the brickwork on the bottom prevents greenhouse from being flush against siding. I recently had siding put on my home. My contractor sort of refused to put my old awnings back on the house - rightfully so - would have been awful! So, I started searching for suitable choices. Many were negated because they wouldn't have mounted to the siding correctly. Then I found this (and a larger one for my front door but got that one elsewhere as Wayfair didn't have that size) and realized that a mounting kit could be purchased for vinyl siding! Hooray! It's gorgeous - so minimalistic and really matches the house. It hasn't rained yet so I don't know how well it will shield but at least it looks pretty. These were much larger in real life than I was expecting but seemed the right size once installed. They came with decent instructions but pictures only so takes a little to figure out. They came with rubber stripes to put between pieces but they dont make a tight seal so I bought 12 backer strips to add between the frame and plexiglass for a tight seal. It's been years since we installed this and it still looks good. The "glass" has held up, even through some tough weather this year. It's a bit of a pain to clean, but that's mainly because it's over a landing for the front door that's raised, so getting to the sides is awkward. Amazing shed. Easy to put together with great directions. Just make sure to follow them EXACTLY. Sometimes they tell you to put in a screw or bolt, but not tighten it. They MEAN it. It will save you time later when you don't have to loosen up that bolt or screw to fit in a piece. The pieces are a good thickness and well designed. Screw and bolt holes line up perfectly. I waited until the first severe windstorm to see how it held up before writing this review. It did great! I have it bolted directly into my porch, mind you. As others have stated, assembling this is a trip to the 7th circle of hell. It took me and two other people 5 days to put this together. The instructions are very poor, things not labelled properly, some steps are backwards, some of the pieces just don't fit together quite right, you'll get part way through and then realize you put something on upside down without realising it (because it's not labelled) and then have to backtrack several steps, and so on. Love my new greenhouse! Two engineer friends & I anchored & fully assembled in 7 hours on a concrete pad prepared earlier. Assembly using picture diagrams are sketchy in places, but common sense comes in handy! "Tension/support" cabling is aggravatingly tricky without popping out roof panels, but got got it done as designed, & it's a solid structure. The good: We bought the 14x10 and it is heavy duty. I haven't fixed it to my deck yet, but I doubt that would even be necessary because it's heavy and sturdy. It gets 4 stars because I'm confident it will serve its purpose for a long time. The bad: I can't give it 5 stars because assembly was difficult, even with 2 people in their 30s. It took us a total of around 10-12 hours over a few days. When assembling the large/heavy support beams, you will probably need to have some kind of supporting table or shelf to lean them on (or have a person hold a large piece while someone affixes it to another) to prevent bending. You'll also need at least one step ladder and a Phillips head screwdriver, which the description fails to mention and isn't included.
