I gave this four stars because it arrived in a smashed box and the mount and arm were not attached. It took a while to put them together. Only on day 2 but it was easy to set up and it’s vacuumed twice so far. I’m pretty sure it’s pulling hair from the carpet that came from our dogs, and the last dog had been gone for two years!
