WE have not had it for long, but love the hot water and Keurig feature. Leaves countertops empty of a coffee maker. Great for single brew cups and hot tea. Also great when baking as you can measure the water out if called for in recipes. Love the compartments in frig. And space in the freezer. I love Zline products, affordable luxury! But this fridge is very tall and very shallow. It still works great, but I wish it wash deeper so it could hold more items, and I have to use a stool to reach the top shelf.
