For the past few months, I’ve been updating all the doors in my home, switching them from white to black. These doors were super easy to install. Just screw the 3 hinges on, place the three peices of hardware in the 3 holes, mount the top track, place the bottom against the jamb, and pop the door into place. I was done in 15 minutes. The size and hinges are good but there was a chip out of the frame, rough edges and drippy primer. Square in the frame and easy to install. I really like the weight of this door; not too light. Needed some sanding and some black goo removed. Edges around the hinges are rough like could have used sharper cutting tools. Painting this door is odd in that the paint doesn't stick very well and will peel off easily on a 2nd coat if you need to remove small debris while you're painting.. Mary. Beavercreek, OR.
