Extremely disappointed with the delivery service and product quality. I paid extra for in-home delivery, but the crew was unhelpful and failed to realize the unit needed to be unboxed to fit inside. When I attempted to return the item due to this experience, customer service incorrectly informed me that a return was impossible. I ultimately brought the stove inside myself, only to discover it was missing the gas regulator. Instead of resolving the issue quickly, support gave me the runaround on live chat. I had to source and purchase the missing regulator independently to get this brand-new stove installed. Terrible service and zero accountability. Got a great deal on this during the President's Day sale and was able to take advantage of a sign up discount code. Delivery took about a week after completing the purchase. Delivery experience was excellent as they had brought it into my kitchen and after getting permission from their boss, was able to unpack the range and move it in front of where this new range was being installed in my kitchen. I installed this range, put everything together and the burners have been running great.
