Delivery was timely, product was exceptionally packed, delivery person was helpful and courteous, delivered the package right to our front door. Set up was not difficult. My husband and I are in our 80s and did it ourselves. There were four pieces to put together, the seat, the seat back and 2 shoulder rests. Seatback slipped easily into the main chair. Shoulder rests were a little more tricky to line the tracks up because of the thickness of the padding. We had to turn the chair on its side and one of us squished down the padding while the other one slid the piece on its track, but overall not at all difficult. The hinge-free design allows for more versatility in adjusting the door for out-of-square openings. In traditional hinged swing doors, the frame must be square to ensure proper opening and closing. The 6mm tempered frosted glass is up to four times stronger than regular glass. These doors allow full access without taking up the floor space of a traditional swing door. The frosted glass design allows for privacy as well as natural light to enter the room.
